Good Job Hawaiian Airlines

More airlines should be like Hawaiian, they are punctual and pursue disruptive passengers for expenses. One guy from New Jersey owns the airlines $98,000 for being disruptive enough to force a flight to turn around. More US carriers should do this and make it a big news story. It would cut down the garbage behavior of passengers who think the only payments would be a settlement in their favor.

Don't Spend Miles on Merch

Don't spend your United miles on Apple products. 43,900 miles for a $329 iPad is miserable value. Use your miles on flights and don't let United dupe you into minimizing the value of your miles.
